Come relax and let yourself enjoy the beautiful sounds of singing bowls as you are led on a meditation to align your energy and remember your authentic self. Then, we will drum together to align our energy to our ancestors and the spirit realm. Please bring your personal drum (if you have one). I do have some on hand to use

Yoga mats are supplied, but you may bring your own mat, blanket, & pillows.

Awaken Your Creative Genius

Join Heather of Souly Original, LLC and Stacey of Daizes for a meditative sound bath and intuitive painting experience designed to awaken the creative energy within.

Begin with a soothing sound bath that guides you inward, calming the mind and opening the sacral energy center—the source of creativity and flow. From this inspired state, move into a space of free expression as you paint on canvas, allowing colors, shapes, and impressions to emerge naturally.

This is not an art class, but a journey of self-discovery through sound and creative movement. Each participant will leave with a 9"x12" painted masterpiece—a reflection of their inner expression.

Come relax as crystal singing bowls are softly played in the background during a guided meditation focused on realigning your energy. Bring a yoga mat, blanket & pillow for a more comfortable experience.

If weather cooperates, we will be outside!

Somatic dance is a mindful movement practice that emphasizes internal body awareness and sensation over external form or performance. Practitioners tune into their physical experience—breath, weight, energy, and impulse—allowing movement to emerge organically rather than following set choreography. It integrates somatic Body-Mind Centering with dance, creating a therapeutic and exploratory practice accessible to all bodies and abilities. Be ready to get rid of negative stored experiences, thought patterns, and traumas. Anyone is welcome! You may bring a yoga mat and chair to sit if that is more comfortable.

Reiki I

This beginner class introduces the history of reiki, basic hand positions, and how to sense energy. Students learn how to apply reiki to themselves and others, and receive an attunement to reiki energy. After completing the class, students can perform self-treatments and treat others.

Reiki II

Also known as the practitioner level, this class teaches distance healing and the use of reiki symbols.

 

ANYONE can learn reiki! Reiki is considered a safe and noninvasive practice. Some say it can help with meditation, balance the immune system, and support healing after surgery. Others say it can help with anxiety, pain, and depression. It also helps open chakras and increases physic awareness and abilities. This class is offered in person. This class is Sunday from 9:00am-5pm  If you'd rather do my online class, sign up and send an email to brighterdaizes@gmail.com or call for the online information. You can do the class online and are invited to come in to attend Reiki I&IIclass in the upcoming months to practice and ask any questions you may have. The online class is offered a a discounted rate of $350.
