Everyone is intuitive. In this series you will learn different ways to connect to your abilities, learn tools to use to help build connection, and an encouraging atmosphere without judgement. This is a 3-series workshop, you may skip a class in the series, but may miss information that is built upon for the next class. If you miss, youi may schedule a 1 on 1 with Stacey to make up the missed information :)
Full Moon Sound Bath & Reiki Experience

Step into the energy of the Hunter Moon with a meditative sound bath & reiki. This gathering invites you to move freely, reconnect with your body, and share rhythmic expression in a supportive, grounding space. As the sound bowls are played, Sarah will be moving around the room offering reiki on each participant. You don't want to miss this one! Each participant will receive a crystal to take home.
Meditative Sound Bath - reset your nervous system

Step into a space of deep calm and restoration. This immersive sound bath experience uses crystal singing bowls to help realign your nervous system, bringing you into presence and stillness as you journey inward.
Allow the healing vibrations to wash over you, alleviating stress, anxieties, fears, and grief. Through the power of sound, reconnect with your inner self and find the peace that's always been within you.
