Somatic dance is a mindful movement practice that emphasizes internal body awareness and sensation over external form or performance. It integrates somatic Body-Mind Centering with dance, creating a therapeutic and exploratory practice accessible to all bodies and abilities. Be ready to get rid of negative stored experiences, thought patterns, and traumas. Anyone is welcome, no need for a membership to attend
